The Dreamland Sagas, The Series
Through my stories, I hope to give children a head start on what to dream about. Then, all they have to do is lie down and continue the adventure in their dreams.
It's easy to fall in love with the characters and adventures that take place in Dreamland. From unicorns, fairies, and bridge trolls to puppies, squirrels, and treasure-greedy dogs, children will look forward to bedtime each night to hear the next adventure in Dreamland. At the same time, young adults will enjoy reading the series to themselves.
Book One, The Sagas Begin, follows the adventures of Titus, Constance, and Evie in 1900. Their companions are three mice named Harper, Remy, and Millie. Each night, the mice guide the children through a magical place called Dreamland, where new adventures await around every corner. The kids search for treasure, run into pirates, solve mysteries, and more.
Book Two, The Sagas Continue, features Abigail, Joel, and Bethany (distant cousins of the characters in Book One). They have three hamsters, Archie, Amber, and Alice, as companions. Each night, the children explore remote parts of Dreamland on a wagon train and occasionally run into unicorns, bridge trolls, bunny bandits, fairies, and much more.
Book Three, The Islands of Dreamland, continues the adventures of Titus, Constance, Evie Harper, Remy, and Millie and their exploration of the Islands of Dreamland. From mermaids and dragons to fairies and Santa's Elves, this book is full of new characters and new lands to explore.
Book Four, The Journey to Big Rock, will be about Abigail, Joel, and Bethany, who oversee a new railroad line. They must get the train from Southern Dreamland to the Northernmost part of Dreamland, With three distant cousins from 2020, Abigail, Joel, and Bethany, and three cute hamsters, Archie, Amber, and Alice. Each night, the kids and hamsters travel back to 1900, explore remote parts of Dreamland on a 1900 steam train, and run into their cousins occasionally.

The Dreamland Sagas
Going to bed smoothly is a task that many kids struggle with. We recognize this, so we made it our goal to ease bedtime struggles. Getting your child into a consistent nighttime routine is critical and has many benefits. There have been multiple studies done which look at how sleep affects children. An article from Parents.com mentions a British study that looked at the sleeping patterns of children between the ages of 3-7. They found links between consistent bedtime and positive behavior. They also found that irregular bedtimes interrupt a child's circadian rhythm, which then affects the mental and physical function of a child. We believe our stories will encourage kids to fall asleep, excited by the fact that they can continue their adventures in Dreamland.
